Eight Points
Of Professional Realtor Service
Protection and Representation
Every party in a real estate transaction needs representation through the complex legal and financial issues that can come up in buying or selling a home. A Realtor should protect your interests…as well as your home and your time!
Marketing
A Realtor should market your home through the most current and effective professional tools to get it sold quickly, and for the best price.
Negotiation
A Realtor must know what to ask for in order to get you the best possible deal, to protect you from giving up what you don’t have to, and how to position you in every part of the transaction.
Access to Networks and Buyers
Through multiple professional Realtor networks locally, nationally, and worldwide, a Realtor should connect you quickly with the most people who are qualified to buy your home, or find the right home for you.
Anticipation of Needs and Problems
Keeping you prepared for every step of the home buying or selling process in order to save you time, money, and frustration.
Facilitation of Your Home Sale or Search
Spending time handling all of the legally required filings and paperwork, steps of bringing your home on the market, scheduling, answering questions of your buyers and sellers, setting up showings, and many other critical activities that are part of a home sale or purchase.
Resource for Home Needs
Referring you to professionals to coordinate improvements and repairs that you may want to make, or that may be required for your home.
Coordination of Closing
Finally, a Realtor should coordinate the many parties, activities, and paperwork involved in closing a real estate transaction to meet the requirements and deadlines of the contract…so your home sale or purchase closes on time and trouble free!

is taking a property in a foreign land profitable and legal?
This is not an area I have much experience with. Unless I have a very good understanding of any certain countries economy, I tend to stay away from investing my money there, at least as that applies to the stock market. I do know that you can now buy and own property in Mexico, which was once not the case.
